How can I submit a request for cancellation on Apna Shops
Call or email us if you want to cancel your order before it is shipped, and we'll take care of it within the following 24 hours. (If it is not sent)
How long will it take for me to get my refund when I return something?
Refunds for all orders can be provided as NEFT transfers to your bank account or as E-vouchers that can be applied to future purchases on Apnashops. The reimbursement sum for each pre-paid order will be reimbursed to the original payment account. It typically takes 5-7 business days to process your refund request.
Can I get a replacement if I get the wrong product?
We go above and beyond to make sure that customers are happy. Regrettably, you have 1-2 days from when the product was delivered to obtain a replacement if you received the wrong item. Also, you will be given the choice of a product refund.
Can my delivery address be changed?
You can change your house number, building number, street number, and pin code. These modifications can only be made before the order reaches the "Pending" stage.
How do I make a purchase?
To access the members-only login area, you must first establish an account. You can then order, view, and monitor any of your favourite things shown on the website.
How can I find out the status of my order right now?
We provide updates for the orders as soon as they begin to be processed.
